Refund Policy

The Perth Ball is a not-for-profit organisation and we like to make an annual contribution to a selected local charity if proceeds from the Ball allow.

We will issue refunds on tickets for the Ball and Dances (less 2% to cover the payment platform’s commission) if requested more than 30 days before the date of the Ball. Thereafter tickets will not be refunded. Refund requests should be sent to admin@theperthball.com.

If the Ball is cancelled by the Committee all tickets will be refunded.
